Hi, I’m Monika! I was born in Poland and raised in the GTA, and from a young age I’ve been drawn to supporting others with care and compassion. With a Master’s degree in Human Communication, a background in event management, and a Level 2 Reiki certification, I bring professionalism, creativity, and a heart-centred approach to my work.

I offer Reiki and meditation sessions for children, teens, adults, and couples, tailoring each experience to reduce stress, balance energy, and support overall well-being. My sessions may include breathwork, sound healing, tuning forks, light touch, or essential oils—always with the intention of creating a safe, nurturing space where you can pause, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.

After opening a private studio during the pandemic to provide clients with calm and healing, I’m now excited to share my offerings with the Westboro community as part of the Osteo Naturel team.

Hi, I’m Liam Hargis. I grew up in Sault Ste. Marie before moving to Ottawa, where I completed my Bachelor of Health Sciences with a concentration in Biomedical Science at Carleton University. I later graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy’s four-year program with a Masters in Osteopathic Manual Sciences (M.OMSc).

Before becoming an osteopathic practitioner, I worked as a physician’s assistant and in IT healthcare support, experiences that gave me strong problem-solving skills and a deep appreciation for patient care.

Sports and the outdoors have also shaped who I am. I competed nationally in wrestling, played football for 14 years, trained in track and field, and spend much of my free time hiking, canoeing, and camping. These experiences give me unique insight into the physical demands of athletics and active living.

For me, osteopathy is about more than easing pain—it’s about working with the body’s natural ability to heal and adapt. My goal is to meet each patient where they are and help them feel their best, whether in sport, in nature, or in everyday life.

Born and raised in the Gatineau region, Vincent brings a grounded, attentive, and intuitive presence to his treatments. A graduate of the Collège d’Études Ostéopathiques de Montréal, he is currently finalizing the registration process with the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners and awaiting his billing number.

Vincent has been a Massage Therapist in Quebec since 2017 and has had the opportunity to develop a strong and sensitive therapeutic touch through his work at both Nordik Spa-Nature and KOENA Spa. With a special interest and talent in cranial techniques, he helps support the nervous system, circulation, and deeper patterns of structural balance.

He has worked with individuals across all stages of life — babies, children, pregnant women, adults, and seniors — and deeply values the trust that comes with this work. His treatments aim to relieve musculoskeletal pain and tension, reduce headaches and digestive discomfort, and support postural balance and overall body harmony. Fully bilingual in French and English, Vincent ensures that each patient feels comfortable, supported, and understood in their care.

Beyond the clinic, Vincent is fueled by curiosity, community, and coffee. He is currently bringing a passion project to life: a pop-up coffee venture inspired by gathering people together over simple, meaningful moments — and delicious espresso!!
